These terms cover your use of this website, rvcompass.app (the "Site"), operated by RV Compass from Boerne, Texas. By using the Site you agree to them. They're short, because a marketing site doesn't need many rules. When the RV Compass app launches, it will have its own terms of service.

The Site is informational

Everything here describes a product that is still in development. Features, availability dates, screenshots, illustrations, and pricing plans may change before launch — the trip examples and app mockups on this Site are illustrative, not a promise of specific functionality. Don't plan a trip off a marketing page.

Our content

The RV Compass name, the Horizon dial logo, and the text, graphics, and design of this Site belong to RV Compass. You're welcome to link to the Site and share it; please don't copy the brand or content for your own products or pass them off as yours.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Site: no scraping the waitlist form, probing for vulnerabilities, submitting other people's email addresses, or interfering with the Site's operation.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play). Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Compass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Kendall County, Texas.
