About the show

The Southwest RV Supershow is the Texas RV Association's big fall sales event for North Texas. For 2026 it moves to Texas Motor Speedway, just off I-35W and Texas 114 on the north edge of Fort Worth, and runs Thursday through Sunday, November 12 to 15.

The association, a nonprofit trade group for Texas RV dealers, owns the show outright, so any money left over after expenses goes back to the association rather than to a private promoter. Member dealers from around the Metroplex bring several hundred new units, with the organizers aiming for roughly 300 to 350 on display.

What to expect

Travel trailers and fifth wheels make up most of the floor, because towables outsell motorhomes in Texas, but several dealers bring Class A and Class C coaches too. Each dealer sets up its own section, so similar floor plans can be spread across the grounds. Pick up the printed show guide at the information desk by the entrance to find a brand or model. Texas law keeps used RVs out of off-site sales shows like this one, so everything on display is new, though dealers will appraise a trade-in.

Before you go

Admission is sold through iTickets, with lower daily prices for seniors, military, first responders and RV club members. Parking inside the track oval is free. The speedway screens every visitor and searches bags, firearms must stay in your vehicle, and only service dogs are allowed. If you are shopping for a motorhome, plan your serious talks for Thursday through Saturday, since dealers cannot quote prices or write contracts on motor vehicles on Sunday.

Getting there and big-rig parking

Confirmed on the show's camping page and camping map: overnight RV camping for the show is in a dedicated lot on the south side of the speedway, between the track and Texas 114. It costs $50 a night with a two-night minimum. Check in at the camping sales office at 3601 Victory Circle, which is staffed from 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, and from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Camping closes at noon on Monday, November 16. The map shows the camping lot entered from the north side of Texas 114.

Also confirmed: RVs brought in for a trade-in appraisal park in a separate lot next to the camping sales office near the Credential Building on Victory Circle, with signs on arrival. Regular show parking is free inside the track oval.

Suggestion, not confirmed: the official pages give no size limits for the show parking inside the oval, so a 40 foot motorhome or a truck and fifth wheel is better parked in the camping lot, with a tow vehicle or toad used for the short drive to the show entrance. Arrive Wednesday afternoon or early Thursday for the most turning room. If the show camping is full, the RV parks in Haslet along Texas 114 are about 10 miles west.

Around Fort Worth

The speedway sits in the open country north of Fort Worth, where the Alliance area meets the small towns of Denton County, so most of the good day trips are a 15 to 30 minute drive.

The Fort Worth Stockyards, about 20 miles south down I-35W, are the classic outing: brick streets, western wear shops, a historic rodeo arena and the longhorn cattle drive that usually walks down Exchange Avenue twice a day. Street parking there is tight for a long rig, so take the tow vehicle and leave the camper in the lot.

To the east, historic Main Street in Grapevine is lined with shops, wine tasting rooms and restaurants, and the town starts dressing up for its big Christmas season in November. Lake Grapevine has parks and trails along its shore. Closer in, Roanoke's Oak Street has a cluster of restaurants that suit a dinner after the show closes at 6.

North of the track, the courthouse square in Denton has independent shops, live music venues and a lively evening scene. If you want a quieter afternoon, Fort Worth's Cultural District has the Kimbell Art Museum and the Fort Worth Botanic Garden, though both are on the far side of the city.

Tips for visiting

  • Book the speedway's show camping if you are driving your rig in: it is $50 a night with a two-night minimum, and the camping sales office opens Wednesday, November 11, at 3 p.m.
  • If you are bringing an RV to trade, follow the signs to the appraisal lot beside the Credential Building on Victory Circle instead of the regular show parking.
  • Leave the big rig in the camping lot and drive your tow vehicle or toad to the free show parking inside the oval; the route runs through the track entrance and the official pages say nothing about size limits there.
  • Do your motorhome negotiating before Sunday, because dealers may show motorhomes that day but cannot discuss price or sign paperwork.
  • Get your hand stamped on the way out if you plan to come back the same day, and ask your dealer for a pass if you need a second day.
  • Fill up with diesel before you reach the track; the travel center at I-35W and Texas 114 is about a mile from the speedway.

Frequently asked questions

When is the 2026 Southwest RV Supershow?

The show runs Thursday, November 12, through Sunday, November 15, 2026, at Texas Motor Speedway, open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each of the four days.

How much are tickets?

Adult admission is $15. Seniors 65 and over, active and retired military, first responders and members of an RV club such as Escapees or FMCA pay $10. Children 6 to 12 are $5 and kids 5 and under get in free. iTickets adds a small fee to each ticket.

Can I camp at the speedway during the show?

Yes. Show camping at Texas Motor Speedway costs $50 a night with a two-night minimum. The camping sales office at 3601 Victory Circle is staffed from 3 p.m. on November 11 through November 15, and camping closes at noon on November 16.

Can I bring my dog?

Only service animals are allowed at the show under speedway rules, and staff may ask the owner of an unruly or aggressive service animal to leave.

Why can't I buy a motorhome on Sunday?

Texas law limits motor vehicle sales on weekends, so on Sunday dealers can display motorhomes but cannot talk price, arrange financing or start a contract. Towables are not covered by that rule.

Can I leave and come back?

Same-day re-entry is free with a hand stamp at the ticket area as you leave. Coming back on a different day needs a new ticket, or a dealer pass from a dealer you are working with.
