About the show
The Seattle RV Show is the main event of the MHRV Show Association, a regional group of RV makers, dealers and suppliers that has run consumer shows in western Washington since 1966. By the association's own account, no RV show in the Pacific Northwest is bigger. It fills the Lumen Field Event Center, the exhibit hall tucked against the south end of the football and soccer stadium in Seattle's SoDo district.
When it runs
The 2027 show runs Thursday through Sunday, February 18 to 21. Doors open at 10 a.m. every day and close at 6 p.m. on Thursday, 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 5 p.m. on Sunday. General admission is $15. The last two editions ran in March, so the move back to February is worth noting if you went in past years.
What to expect
Plan on a four-day indoor show where dealers display travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes side by side, with vendors of RV gear and services filling the aisles between them. Being indoors in the wettest part of the year makes it a comfortable place to walk through floor plans, and many shoppers use it to line up a purchase before spring camping starts.
Getting there
The hall sits in a busy stadium district with garage parking and no room for RVs, so come by car, bus or train. King Street Station, a stop on the Sounder commuter line, is a very short walk from the stadium.

February nights are cold here. Bring layers for the walk in from the RV lot, and top off propane before you leave home if you plan to camp.

Getting there and big-rig parking
No RV parking at the venue. Lumen Field Event Center, 800 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134.
Confirmed on Lumen Field's parking page: the venue does not provide parking for RVs or other oversized vehicles, and its outdoor North Lot does not allow RV or overnight parking. Vehicles taller than 6 feet 8 inches and up to 8 feet 3 inches are restricted to the garage's second level or the North Lot, at a premium rate, and anything taller than 8 feet 3 inches is limited to the North Lot. The Event Center is attached to the garage at the south end of the stadium. The venue lists 206-381-7100 for parking directions.
Suggestion, not confirmed: do not bring a 40 foot motorhome or a truck and fifth wheel into the stadium district at all. Set up at a campground outside the city and come in with the tow car or the truck by itself, or ride the train. If the North Lot is full, the venue's parking page lists other garages nearby, but those are for cars, not rigs.

Around Seattle
The Event Center sits on the edge of Pioneer Square and the Chinatown-International District, two of Seattle's oldest neighborhoods, so there is plenty to do on foot once the car is parked. Pioneer Square has brick storefronts, galleries and the Seattle visitor center of Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park, which tells the story of the 1897 stampede north. The Chinatown-International District is the place for lunch, and Uwajimaya, a large Asian grocery with a food court, is only a few blocks from the hall.
A little farther north, Pike Place Market and the rebuilt downtown waterfront make an easy half day. Ferries to Bainbridge Island leave from Colman Dock, under a mile from the stadium, and riding over as a walk-on passenger is an inexpensive way to see Puget Sound and the skyline without moving a rig.
Aviation fans can head south on East Marginal Way to the Museum of Flight at Boeing Field. Downtown streets are steep, narrow and crowded, so save the RV for highway travel and get around the city by car, bus or train.
Tips for visiting
- Leave the motorhome or trailer at a campground and drive in with the tow car or pickup, because the stadium lots do not take RVs.
- A truck, van or camper shell taller than 8 feet 3 inches can only use the outdoor North Lot; anything over 6 feet 8 inches is limited to the North Lot or Level 2 of the garage.
- Ride the Sounder train from the Everett or Lakewood side to King Street Station to skip downtown traffic and parking fees entirely.
- At the 2026 show, the venue said senior, military and coupon discounts were sold only at the box offices on show days, so check the show's site for how discounts work next time.
- Pack a rain shell and good walking shoes; February in Seattle is usually damp, and the walk from transit or the garage is outdoors.
